With over 20 years of experience in the legal and medical fields, she brings a strong foundation in regulatory compliance, program development, and operational oversight. Pamela is a Certified Trauma Support Specialist and is trained in Forward Facing, an approach central to the philosophy of Seven Arrows Recovery. She is deeply committed to continuous improvement and is a strong advocate for both clients and staff.
