I'm here during the quiet hours when our residents are settling into rest and reflection. I work to create a safe, grounded environment where people can process their day and feel supported through the night, and I genuinely believe that witnessing someone discover who they really are—without judgment or pressure—is some of the most meaningful work there is. Being part of someone's journey toward freedom and self-understanding is what keeps me coming back.
